Fast forward to 2020, like many people, due to the Coronavirus, I was laid-off from my corporate job in April 2020. I interviewed with a handful of companies but nothing panned out so I decided to take some time off and take care of my 4 and 6 year old children.
But taking care of my kids was not enough so as I reconnected with nature, my passion for bird photography was reignited. I pulled my Nikon D700 and 70-200mm f2.8 lens out of the closet and started taking pictures of Hummingbirds. In May 2020, I started posting my bird images to Instagram on a regular basis.
